I am writing regarding the loan I have taken from your company. At present, my financial situation is not good, and I am unable to make the repayment as per schedule. However, if you kindly consider waiving the additional charges/penalties, I assure you that I will pay the principal amount at the earliest possible time.

I also wish to bring to your notice that some of your employees have been calling my workplace and even my relatives to demand money. In particular, I have received calls from the number **********, where abusive language was used. This behavior is highly unprofessional, causes me severe mental stress, and amounts to harassment. Such practices are not acceptable and are also illegal under applicable laws.

I kindly request you to stop these practices immediately and communicate with me directly regarding my loan matter.

Additionally, I request you to raise a service ticket for this complaint and share the ticket/acknowledgement number with me for future reference.
