Sub : Harrasment by MOTOROLA authorized service centre – DREAMS MOBILES –KOCHI-TDM
Dear sir,
I had charging problem with my mobile : MOTOROLA E* PLUS handset , so I took it to Ernakulam Authorised service centre : DREAMS MOBILES –KOCHI-TDM on **/**/****.
They said my mobile is in guarantee period and they have ordered the part with the company, and will inform me as soon as they receive the part and asked me to retain the mobile with me till then so that I can use it.
On **\**\**** morning , they asked me to come to the service centre as the part was arrived and can be replaced. So by afternoon around *.**-*.** p.m. I reached the service centre. Till then I was using the mobile and both my sim in the handset . After reaching the service centre with in few minutes my turn came & I handed over the handset for part replacement and was waiting there .
After some time they replaced the part and gave the handset back to me . when I received the mobile , I noticed that one of the sim slot was not working & another sim slot was not detecting proper network. At the very moment I informed them then and there itself .
Their Techinician said that , we will update the software and it will be fine. So I gave the handset again to them for upadtion and waited there . After some time they gave me the handset and still the sim slot was not working . I told them the problem is not rectified.
Firstly , to avoid , they told me that we cant do anything , it may be already damaged before handing over the handset to them . So I called the customer care of BSNL, the Sim card which I was using and asked theTECHNICIAN to talk to them . Mr.SREERAJ , one of the technician talked to BSNL customer care executive and he confirmed that the Sim was used for calling AND LAST CALL WAS MADE ON *.** P.M. ON THE SAME DAY.
After nothing left with them to avoid , they asked me to wait for some time , so that they can talk to their senior . I kept waiting till around evening *.** p.m , just to make me fed up , so that I can leave.
At around *.** p.m. after waiting long frustrated I shouted at them , so they told that we could not contact our seniors , please give us a day and we will get back to you.
So I told ok, and left with the damaged handset . After waiting for their call the next day . I did not receive any call from their side .
So on **\**\**** by afternoon I went back to the service centre to enquire , they asked me to submit the phone and with in a week they will get it rectified and return to me . I handed over the phone to them and they issued the acknowledgement receipt to me.
After a week I was frequently contacting them , evertime they used to say with in a day or two it will be repaired . And now its is almost a month , nor they have repaired the handset neither they are picking up my phone.
Being helpless and no other option left , I am requesting your intervention and help in this regard. Please look into this matter of cheating and harassment done by them . please do the needful at the earliest . Service centre acknowledgment receipt copy enclosed .
