Akash filed complaint against Motorola Lenovo on Aug 23, 2019
This is regarding my handset Moto Z* Play that was facing a blue spot problem. I went to a service center in Allahabad and shown the same problem to Lenovo Authorised service center VL infotech. The service center executive refused to create a job sheet but clicked a picture of the phone and send it to MOTO care for further decision. Now the phone has stopped working and they are asking me to get it repaired in Rs. *****/-.
Note:
My handset is in warranty till October **** but still they refused to repair it.
The job sheet clearly mentions that there is customer induced damage still they are charging double the phone actual cost.
From the last one month, I am wasting my time talking to them and in return fake promises are given.
