I was unknown to what length a bank can go to harass a customer who has taken a loan. I know that I have missed the repayment date and I already apologised many times and told them that I will be repaying my amount on *st but * of the employee keeps harassing and threatens to harass my family. My father is a sick person and i was a fool to give his number for reference but this is the limit. This employee has been mentally torturing me and my family. I swear if anything happens to my family IDFC first bank will be held responsible.
Please help me and my family since we are in great danger and henceforth will never ever deal with such ridiculous bank.
