Dear Sir,
I have taken loan from Stashfin credit line which is under Akara Capital finance private limited NBFC for rs *****/- and I have paid the emi regular basis but due to job loss and financial issues I am unable to pay the emi and I have also approach to companies by email to extension In emi and i have not received any positive response from them apart from that they are sending me demand notice for payment and saying that if I unable to pay the amount they will filed criminal case on me
So my humble request you to give me proper solution in the situation
