Akara capital - Cibil score checking without any application for loan

I took loan from stashfin and I am paying regular EMI's without any delay but last three months they are checking my cibil without applying any loan. My cibil decreases around ** points and I need a personal loan in sbi they rejected because of low cibil at tuffest times of family needs
