Dell Inspiron - Hardware parts taken out

On **st March ,I had handed over my dell Inspiron laptop for repair in techyuga,Kolkata where I was informed after inspection that the mother board has to b replaced.Unfortunately,I collected my laptop on *th June due to lockdown in an unrepaired condition because I decided to get it fixed in my hometown.So,I received a call from there end where they agreed to handover my laptop .Later ,when I got it inspected in my city,I was shown that many IC chips and other parts had been taken out which would cost me thrice the repair cost of the motherboard. Please note,that I got it inspected infront of my eyes where there was no chance of misplacing those parts whereas in techyuga,I was not allowed to talk to the technician. It's an open fraud and cheating case.
