Dell Inspiron - Refund Not Initiated

I purchased Dell Inspiron **** laptop on **th of February **** . Soon within a day of usage the laptop started to show issues ( overheating and battery drainage ) so i registered a complaint on **th February only . After multiple days of follow ups and after filing a complaint in the National Consumer Helpline , Dell finally transferred my case to their " Escalations Team " .
Further Dell , first replaced some parts of my laptop and still the laptop was showing issues , after arguing with them for very long time , they finally agreed to replace the laptop .
( I received the replacement on *-* March )
As soon as i started to use the new replacement that Dell provided , i again received a " faulty " laptop . As soon as i started to face issues in the replacement unit , i registered a complaint on *th March **** .
They again sent an on site engineer and he replaced some parts of the laptop , still the laptop was showing issues .
Since *th March , Dell is just giving excuses that it will replace the laptop and till today ( **th June **** ) , they are just giving excuses and haven't given my any confirmation regarding the refund .
Dell was earlier saying that we'll proceed with the refund via the dealer , after multiple months of follow up , they said that they couldn't process the refund via the dealer .
They then said that they would get the laptop picked up from my location and then proceed with the refund . After multiple days of follow ups they said that they won't be able to proceed with the refund via Dell .
So they told me that I'll need to go to the dealer and then they will proceed with the refund . I told them to proceed the refund via Dell only .
I haven't received any mail from them till now it's has been *-* days now . I specifically told them *-* days ago to keep me updated with the process via email only and not via call for record purpose , now they stopped sending mails .
