I have been regularly paying the loan installments since ****; but due to some financial emergency, the installment for the month of July **** got delayed. I was contacted by an executive of Clix Capital Services Pvt Ltd and was verbally harassed on the call. Even after maintaining civil behaviour on my side, the executive kept hurling abuses at me and called me ** times continuously when I stopped attending his call due to his unpleasant attitude.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
