Clix Capital Services Pvt Ltd - Fraud Commitment laon foreclosure

Hi My name is Amit Srivastava and i took loan from clix capital my loan is about to close only ***** left to pay. Recently i got call form clix for foreclosure loan and they offered me **% Discount on foreclosure. they offer me you have to pay your total amount in * installment in every **th date of every month June/July/August i immediate paid my *st installment in June Rs. ****.(Attached Receipt). in *th july when i download my loan Statement i did not get any paid amount mentioned in statement i immediately called the agent who offered my for foreclosure. when i asked him about paid amount is not mentioned in statement he told me you have to paid balance two installment in *th of July when i asked him about reason he told me my manger told you have to collect money in this month for foreclosure amount i was surprised to hear this i asked him if there is any changes you should have to informed me for this . he totally denied to that offer of * installment and forced to pay amount of * left installment together...my EMI date is *th of every month. after convince i paid *nd installment and told him i will pay my *rd installment on august. today he called me and told if u not paid *rd installment your foreclosure offer is canceled..Clix capital was totally harassment me and mentally disturbed. any how i arranged money for *rd installment and i paid today **** but amount has been deducted from my account and i shared payment transaction to him but he told me your amount is still did not received. I lost my ***** rupess in this way and did not get any foreclosure
pls help to get my money back and with compensation for wrong commitment and fraud with customer and harassment.. i m very upset i lost my ***** rs and did not get my loan closed
