Yagnalakshmi R filed complaint against Bharti Airtel on Oct 28, 2018
Dear team,
Even after raising a request to cancel my dongle number on **rd August **** to to Airtel, from my personal mail id. I have tried to authenticate the mail id in vain which was intimated to the company.
I also received a convincing marketing call from airtel to not cancel my number.
I have cleared all dues until the date of cancellation request.
Now without cancelling from their end, they keep harassing me to pay the dues which is not acceptable.
A proper waiver and a penalty must be paid to me for the mental agony i have been going through through their consistent follow ups calls and emails.
