Bajaj Finance Housing Loan - Harassment even after paying complete Loan amount

Respected Sir,

I had taken a Loan from Bajaj Housing finance Ltd. for the flat booked in Migsun Kiaan Vasundhra, Ghaziabad in the month Oct. **** and Bajaj Finance
had disbursed amount of rs. **.** lac against same, but due to some personal reasons I had surrender the flat booking in the month of Jan. **** and requested builder to pay the bank loan amount and advance paid by me, after lot of follow ups builder agreed to pay back bank loan amount only and was paid by him to Bajaj housing finance in * same amount cheques (Rs.****** X *) starting from **th May to **th June ****.
And Bajaj housing finance promised to give loan closer letter / NOC within a week time but till date they have not provided the same and now after so many days of follow up their team has started harassing by coming home and regularly calling that my loan amount is still pending.
And one of the Bajaj housing finance members has informed there is some technical error and we trying solve but which was told by him in July **** but afterwards that person has stopped picking my calls and ongoing to their office no-one is letting me meet the concerned team member.

Kindly help on the same, I am in lot of stress and not able to perform properly my duties at work as well as at home.
