Bajaj Finance Housing Loan - Bajaj Housing loan full disbursement

I am Bajaj finance Housing Loan customer. I have switched my Loan from HDFC to Bajaj because of seen a brand and facilities. I have top up of loan of ** Lac out of my balance transfer. the service in strarting was fabulous. they came on time did the documentations on time. and **% partial payment also they gave me as soon as I gave them HDFC home loan file and NOC from them. Now, as soon as I have submitted the documents it was promised within * days we shall get our remaining top up amount. Now, it is almost ** days and nothing is happened and they are giving me excuses to update the Aadhar card address. I am not in country and can't update my Aadhar card due to mobile number is not registered. they have taken written declaration also that whenever I will come to India after * months I will update and will provide you the new Aadhar card. Now, they are stretching the matter and asking more days. Not replying to my Whats app messages, Not answering my phone. I have some of my debts which I have to clear from that money.
