Delhi Heart Vikas Travel - Harassment done by the company

I booked * tickets from (Karolbag) Delhi to Ajmer through r. K. Holidays Ajmer. Delhi bus operator named Delhi heart Vikas travels on**th March ****, time: **.** pm, seat no. U**, u**, &**, pnr no:*********-*******, ticket no: ***********, ref no:*******. The pickup point was from hanuman mandir Karolbagh, whereas we ask him to pick us from iffco chawk the time was at **.** pm. We were waiting there till *.** am. Not a single person call me from the travels agency. We then processed on our own to get any bus from Delhi to Ajmer, but due to late hours, we couldn't get it. At last, at *.** am we got a call from the travel agency's bus driver Raju (Mob. No.**********). But when the bus arrived it was not from the travel agency but one local bus came to carry us. The bus was ridiculous ac was not working and was broken from inside in every scene and filled with people more than seats available on the bus. Most importantly it was also filled up with many salt gunny bag which was really terrible. The bus driver and conductor were continuously committing the false commitment that they will be reaching us in ** min and their ** min converted into * hours. Which made us face many unusual things. Many drunk people were coming to us asking the worst things, the vehicles were coming and standing beside us and staring like hell. After too much of delay, the policeman came and asked us to leave as the atmosphere was turning worst. We were * people whereas one was old who suffered a lot. I want my refund back the fare as well as I lost * days salary and local doctor expenses for my old mother. I am asking for bagged money, great & hard action against the above-said travel agency. So that they can't do such harassment to other passengers. His registration no. should be cancelled.
