Delhi Heart Vikas Travel - Bus seat not provided

I had booked * seats online, there was change of plan and I tried to book the *th person seat. On checking the bus was not showing at *.** pm on the day before the date of travel. I called the number and asked to book the ticket via phone, the officer on the phone confirmed the seat and promised to deliver the same at iifcco chowk bus stop gurgaon.
On reaching at the venue, the driver denied to give the seat and asked to call the office.
On calling first they tried to convince to not provide the seat and then they disconnected the call, and turned the phone off.
Eventually I had to pay *** rs for no seat / had to sleep in open area inorder to travel.
This is the worst service one can expect.
