Due to financial crunch emi for a personal loan is missed for month of January. I committed bank that I will be paying the missed emi on **th with all the charges. But the people out there are so unprofessional and mannerless (including the manager) that they are not ready to listen and they just want the payment to be made right now. Even though giving them a date they are calling out daily and today they called and said they will send few people at my house and they will not only take emi but take full loan amount from me. This kind of behaviour is very unprofessional from such a renowned bank HDFC. I am not a defaulter and I am giving them a date ost my salary I would be making the payment but they are not understanding what I am saying to them. It's the first bank I have seen who is not ready to co-operate for a month. Would recommend never go for any kind of service from this bank it's very unprofessional.
