I did my payment to paytm postpaid on time . still, I am getting calls almost every day for the payment. Also, I am being charged late fees. My paytm postpaid is blocked for * months. how can my account show overdue. every time customer care calls me they assure me to update my payment. but they do nothing.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
