I hire one cab from Habibganj Bhopal to Indore and trip start time and date of my cab was *:** pm on **.**.****, i paid an amount of Rs *** as pre payment , Make My trip was supposed to share the cab and drivers details half an before the trip statr time , however no details were shared and website of MMT also shows that cab details are not shared , till *: ** i kept on requesting Make My trip Customer executives (Ashish and others too) to share details , when i did not get details i hired another cab from OLA and start my journey, during my journey i received call from several customer care executives of MMT and they apologies for delay and ensure me the appropriate action in ** hours, i requested them to refund my amount of Rs ***.* but till now i have not received any communication from MMT.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
