Pvr Cinema - Harassment at the counter

Me and my husband had booked tickets for the Kerala story at pacific mall Subhash Nagar pacific mall order Id for the same is SUBH************. We were much before time at the entry but due to no network at the mall we could not open our pvr app to show tickets at the counter. After much efforts to catch network around the area we managed to open the email from pvr about the booking but to our much disappointment we were not allowed in as the email did not carry the info they needed. After a few exchange of words we were asked to go to the ticket counter to get the required info. At the ticket counter the atendent put the number and few other details in the system and after some ** minutes we were told there is no booking in our name. Even after showing a legitimate email of the booking on the email which carried all the info of the payment made, food coupons the email was discarded as being invalid. After us wanting to speak with the manager another attendant on the other side took the phone and put the details and now there was a booking. All of this caused us to be late for the movie for which we had come much in advance. On a previous visit to the Shalimar Bagh pvr cinemas we had a similar harassing experience where we billed for large popcorn but were give medium and no one was interested in resolving it. Highly disappointed in your services.
