This is an previous consumer of the Vi services few months ago I got the chance to use Vi postpaid services which was the worst experience, I was not able to use data services anywhere irrespective to location, I called and let them know the issue .
One of said try to change the sim card I did and when still after multiple complaints I was not getting the data services so one of the representative at Vi said change your device in which all the other providers sim works fine but Vi.But still I was paying for the full price as I was supposed to pay after receiving the complete service without any complaint.
At last after all the issue was not resolved I changed the provider and now Vi is coming up saying you have a pending amount on your secondary number, I was like the whole time I was with Vi I only had to one bill which was for both the sim cards but suddenly as I switched they are asking me to pay two different bills of two different amounts or I will not be able to use the sim card. This is just ridiculous when asked for the bill breakdown at the service centre of the Kalyan West branch they were like yeah we can se you have paid but still you have to pay the amount because on our end it's not showing paid. On **/**/**** I paid ₹***.** and everything was settled and the vi representative also agrees you have paid full amount but still you have to pay more ₹***.** to us or you will not be able to use the sim card. I want to get the services back on my card or I'll file a lawsuit against Vi in the consumer court.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
