Courtyard holidays world pvt ltd - Harassment and Fraud by Courtyard Holidays

We received a invite from Courtyard Holidays on **th Feb and were sold one membership for ** years Holidays for ** nights per year in Hotels like (LeMeridian, Hyaat, Ramada, Westin, Marriot, FourPoint By Sheraton). I paid *,**,*** for this membership with ** nights per year for ** years and ** bonus years with same benefits. This was sold by Sagar Chaudhary (Mob No **********), Niwas Anand (**********), Nadeem (**********) have sold this membership to me and they promised to provide * star stay in hotel for next ** years for ** hotel room nights each year. I have paid *,**,*** as membership fees. There was one verification call done by company and I have its recording as well, where we have shared that if all benefits promised by Sagar will be provided we will keep membership else we want the refund. That time courtyard holidays promised to provide all benefits. After asking for holidays they are always harassing me by not answering the call, not providing holiday. Company sr Manager – Ashish Jain (**********, **********), Vansh Thakur (**********), Lalit (**********) also promised to give holidays and now they are not answering our calls. They are asking me to come to office everyday and sit there. I have * small daughters and cannot leave them alone home and go to Delhi office everyday for this. Please help me as I am facing of health issues and is impacting my heath more because of this fraud and harassment done to me.
I have all proof of Whatsapp Chat done for my membership with Sagar who was main executive in selling the membership and also whatsapp message from Nadeem for all benefits as promised.

I have requested multiple times to either give services or money back. As they have failed to give services in first year itself and always say there is no avalability in Hotel, whereas when we contacted Hotel, it was confirmed from Hotel that Availability was there. Please help in getting my refund.
