Courtyard holidays world pvt ltd - False Promises

I want to raise a complaint again Courtyard Holidays World Pvt Ltd via this forum, who cheated us by selling a holiday Package worth Rs *****/- and doing false promises. There sales executive Vansh Thakur and Gajendra told us quite a bunch of lies like-

a. Courtyard Holidays will give their customers stay in * and * star properties like Holiday Inn and other similar properties and that too with an option to book more rooms (above the limit allocated to my account) if required so that we can take our mother and brother with us on holidays.

b. Vansh and Gajendra also told us that you can cancel the package if you are not comfortable with it, however during last april due to covid my whole family was affected and I need money, even that time they didn't consider of refunding money to us instead thy replied back with a statement that it is not allowed as per company policy.

c. Now when we recovered then I thought to take my family for a vacation so that they can spent some leisure time and even when I am trying to book the resorts ** days in advance, their reservation team is not sharing list of resorts and hotels which they falsely promised at the time of selling the package. Vansh and Gajendra showed us beautiful resorts and hotels on google and said we have tie up with multiple * and * star properties and gave us example of Holiday Inn, Hyatt etc. and when we asked why the same is not present on their site then they said that the information is visible to the customers who purchased the package and hence we thought to give it a chance and purchased the package worth Rs *****/- which will give us services for the next * years.
