I had booked flight tickets to cochin. Due to personal emergency I had to cancel my tickets. When I asked Happy easy go to change my dates or cancel my ticket, they denied. After that I contacted airlines, they said booking is handled by "Happy easy go" platform. I contacted them and asked them to raised the request. They raised request and airline accepted the request. They started my refund process and after that there is no update on this matter. Have called them many times and they used to say it will take * - * weeks. After a point they stopped answering my calls.
Also, flight that I had booked that also got cancelled from the airline.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
