Acte Technologies Pvt Ltd - Halted the training and asking for more money I need refund rather

I was asked to pay Rs. **,*** amount for my Mainframe Developer Training. The other institute were also providing the same training with this price. But this institute said if you join within * days, we will get you immediate trainer and also you need to pay Rs. **,***.
Mainframe training is supposed to be of * months with server access and placement assistance. However after ** days of training , the classes needed server access. That is when they asked me to pay the remaining amount of Rs. ****+g.s.t. .
Ma'am! My concern is they should have very clear about this at the first so that I could have chose some other institute.
They agree that it is their salesperson fault but they are not continuing the classes.
It's my humble request you to please assist me and help me get my refund I paid for the training.
