Acte Technologies Pvt Ltd - Fraud and Deficiency in Service

On **/*/**** applied for Cyberark training with ACTE on fake promise of an expert ** year in cyberark training and * students in the batch.Instead of experienced a one year trainer was provided who could not teach well on the first day itself and there was no other students in the batch.
On request of the change of trainer *nd trainer was assigned and he backed out of training asking **k from me as ACTE did not pay him . after this none of the trainers are assigned to continue the training due to payment issues with the ACTE.
On requesting refund they said they will not provide the refund of **k just for * classes provided by * trainers.
Inspite of repeated attempts no training provided and even payment was not done to the trainers as well and no refund attempt from the ACTE side
