Flipkart - Haier Air condition Installation Brand Service

I had an installation of air conditioner on Jan **st **** where the product was delivered by flipkart on **th Jan ****. However the installation was not done as per the process they have just fit and left without the demo as there was electrical work going on at home technician asked for the installation payment and informed he will get back but he never we noticed post electrical work that outdoor unit is not functional. It was informed to him he visited unofficially and demanded ***/- for visit charges and said the outdoor unit is defective by then the replacement window has been closed and he said its my fault dont escalate this matter i will get this replaced else my job will be under risk if they get to know. Being a human we trusted him and informed to check and let us know as our parents are not much familiar and they got cheated with this trap. we tried reaching out in all the ways but now that Flipkart installation team Jeeves from chittoor (AP)/ customer support are not taking any action inspite of calls. Even Haier team has strainght away rejecting the ticket stating as this installation was done from third party and we are not responsible and we will not visit or help and also have recorded the conversation of transaction of this Fraud that being a customer i have faced and have lost my valuable time by taking follow up with the both end. Haier brand has straight away dining to visit and help and informed warranty is void. i am surprised with the not even a month old how could warranty be void & how would we know that the product was installed by *rd party to us which was assigned by flipkart and how is consumer liable for their fault
