In October, this started with demo classes of * which was free from the school. To which after that they smartly enrolled for an ** months course, with an emi of rs.**** every month.
However, it was told to me that the *st ** days was free and the *st EmI would be deducted from *rd December ****. Even thought before trying the free classes also in the *st week of November ****, I asked for an cancellation, which they assured me that no amount would be cut from my bank account and it would get cancelled.
However, since * months they have continuously debiting the EMI from my account and not giving me any solution to anything. My child has not attendant any class till date and they are very much aware of it, yet they are harrassing us with calls and messages and emails, and also debiting amounta from my account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
