I purchased ** month fitso Masterkey membership on Nov **,** which included unlimited access to gyms also.
On Dec *, without any intimation the access to gym facility was revoked and now they have updated membership to CULT play which includes only * sessions per month access to gym.
On reaching out to cult fit support team I was told that by agent Miss Divya that currently migration of fitso app to cult app is going on and my access to gym will be restored.
However fitso team has been not responsive and not helping to resolve the issue and I feel cheated/harassed.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
