I purchased a Fitso membership for one year and it's been only one month since Fitso removed all the gyms from the app and replaced them with Cult Fit gym memberships. There are no cult-fit gyms in Faridabad and the membership is a waste for me now. The policy was changed without any prior intimation and I feel cheated as Fitso duped me of my money. Request you to please look into this as a lot of users are reporting the same.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
