I had purchased elite membership from fitso app for ** months which included * benefits- unlimited access to badminton, swimming, gym and table tennis. All of a sudden they have clubbed the fitso membership with cult pass and revoked the gym membership.
Unlimited access to gym was the primary reason I bought the membership, without that the membership becomes useless to me. Request access to gym to be restored as promised during the initial time of purchase
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
