Fitternity - Gym membership not refunded

I had take * month gym membership cost me an amount of Rs. ***** from Fitternity App for Energy Gym(Prestige shantiniketan, Whitefield). After ** days only I get to know that the gym is getting shutdown in max ** days and I immediately contacted the Fitternity regarding the issue of gym shutdown within * month of my membership, and the Fitternity responded that who told you of this information and I told that I got this information from gym instructor then she told me that she need to verify the same but there were no any response from them even I called so many times for my refund. Lastly the gym got closed and there was a notice with three numbers for contact for current member to get refund on some fixed date I immediately called one of the person and asked for refund he told me that come on the fixed date will refund. I went on that day for refund when asked to show slip of membership I showed him the Fitternity recipt that I got through mail for my membership then he started ignoring that bill and told that I have no membership in his data then I immediately called the Fitternity for the same and asked to talk to Fitternity after **min he told me that he need to get confirmation for my membership from the gym and Fitternity relation manager and asked to come on next week friday. I went on next week as asked but then the gym was closed and no one there then I called the person form notice they provided but all the three person was not receving my call, I kept calling them for some time but no response then I contacted Fitternity they started telling that please contact gym person, after some many call from me one person called me and told me that I have to wait for next week Friday as they don't have fund to return. I waited again I called them on asked day he again started ignoring my call and any how received call and again started telling same thing that he has no fund and again need to wait next week Friday at this point I was totally furstated as he is telling to keep waiting and also the Fitternity is not doing any thing on it then I asked the gym gym to mail me that I will get refund by next Friday for sure, he ignored for * day the by following him he mailed me. Again on the promised date he totally stoped receving my calls. I contacted the Fitternity they again telling to contact gym gym for refund and I told that no one is picking my calls from gym and they mailed me another person number and I made a call to the number then some other person received the call and he added those gym person on the call and I told them it's unprofessional and seems as fraud as he not receving my calls and he promised again next week for refund I told him that if won't get my money next week I will complain he told me ok you can do. But again as usual he stoped receving calls and then my last chance was to contact Fitternity as I paid them so I contacted the Fitternity but they telling that they have paid gym and gym will refund I told that gym not receving call and I have paid to you they also keep telling that the need to talk to gym and their higher manager but issue is still unresolved they always keep telling that they will call back but never called always I keep calling but no result I am very furstated.
Gym closed on ** dec, **** and till date my money was not refunded one can understand my frustration level, very pathetic experience from Fitternity not refunding my money.
