GHAN SHYAM filed complaint against Fitternity on Nov 1, 2022
I bought a membership of gym via fitternity on *st April ****. As per the plan, i was supposed to receive cashback and other rewards at * different stages on the basis of of regular logins in the gym with their scan code. In the same process i received rewards till second stage. But afterwards they started delaying the rewards. The third stage reward was delayed by *months, and the rewards for the *th and fifth stage has been not given. Fifth stage was ***% refund of the fee.
Initially they gave excuse of Corona wave and said we are not operating and connecting with gyms for your login verification. This excuse continued till ****. But in the year of ****, they refreshed the login and account details without any prior notice and stopped showing my rewards in the App.
When I reached there support, they denied for my claims without giving any justification. There behaviour was unfortunate, So there mail was.
I am looking for help, if someone can help me in this please support my issue and help me in this case.
