I have a complaint against Myntra online shopping app.I have a Gyftr - e-gift card with me (got from Indusind bank).Card is valid upto ** June **** of **** value. I tried to shop from Myntra today on ** June **** but while redeeming gift card their site did not redeem it.While approaching customer care deptt of Myntra they firsly said it is showing **** balance in my card and assured me of resolving this.I again tried to shop through card but the issue raised that gift card was added to my mail id .After contacting customer care again they said we have taken the issue but would be resolved upto **th june while i told them that the card is valid till **th only.I contacted the card issuing deptt Gyftr for the issue and they said the card was valid through **th June **** as i have e card with me and a copy received from Gyftr today also on request.The problem is with Myntra only as they should have taken the matter seriously as my **** Gift card was expiring today. I have taken all the screen shots while shopping on Myntra .I request you to pls take up the matter with them so that they consider my credit balance because it is their fault and i raised the same matter with Myntra that they should put the card balance to Myntra Credit so that i can redeem it later while the issue is resolved from their side.
