GTPL broadband has been ignoring my support tickets for the past *days.The tickets are closed but no resolution is provided regarding my internet connectivity issue. Even after multiple visits to their main branch the issue is not solved.... I have multiple time to call my connection issuer But he responded today will be done,but unfortunately still not resolved, even in my area one of my friend same gtpl connection he can access smoothly.
I only request that on early basis my issue resolve.
Due to this pendamic I am working from home and without connection how I work. I have taken ** months renewal plan.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
