I have subscribed for **Mbps plan of GTPL at ** June. I have paid the amount through netbanking on **th June. After * days the have installed the wire. When I asked, when router will be installed and configured. He said by tomorrow router connection will also be done. after * days (**th June), I talked to person from which I have subscribed GRPL connection. He said will be done by * days. I again approched him after * days. He said that can you please talk to technical department. When reaching to Bopal office to explain my issue he said please talk to the person from whom you have subscribed broadband plan. Now that person stopped picking up the phone. It's now more than * week now they kept fooling everyone by telling that the router will be installed by * days.
On calling customer care, i didn't get satisfactory answer.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
