I have filed complaint in GTPL office on ** Oct and after they respond via massage that your problem will be solve with in next * day but still today they don't done it.
I have done so many calls on customer care about this problem but they give only one answer " ok we will give reminder to our engineer for resolve your problem".
I have loss my regular study and my brother is doing his job work from home so we both loss our time and money.
GTPL service is very very bad.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
