I took GTPL connection in march month. I already given all necessary documents still I mailed all required on *-*-** asking for invoice under my GST number. Though they are just giving reply that we'll resolve the problem soon. Its been * months now but I've not received any invoice yet. I wrote to even appellate authority mail on **-*-** as was not getting result from CC and CC mail. But from appellate also got reply to contact the executive from whom i got connection.Another thing is I was offered to get * months (ie * months plus * month complimentary) that extra one month has not been credited yet in spite of multiple complaint even to appellate. Executive not responding properly. He's saying in village will talk after **-** days. Having the same issue with same provider at another address also. USER id- ftth_avalon*** . Having same issue with GST. and in plan they offered *+*. So that extra * month not credit yet. Pls help in resolving the issue. Already writen to Appellate authority but no action has taken
