I got GTPL Broadband connection with the modem for one year. They promised unlimited ** Mbps speed but speed is low not more ranging from * to * Mbps upload and * to * Mbps upload. Whenever I complain they generate service request and close this request before ** hours without resolving the issue. Technicians visit and go without solving issues. I have suffered mentally and lost business worth more than ** lakhs due to this. I have all the call details.
