I have purchased gtpl broadband on ** June **** for rs ****/- plan was ** mbps unlimited for * Months .i e till Dec ****.It's just almost a month being using this broadband. Facing so many issues after completion of ** days of installation of service it is not working properly.In a week at least it is not working for *- * days. customer care is not picking calls. even though When I asked about the issues they can't able to tell the problem/Issue and justify me. more over i have tried to connect directly on call to local area Technical Manager and Technicians they are not at all answering the calls nor responding the customer queries. so here by i would like to raise a Consumer complaint against this GTPL Broadband service provider.
