Flipkart - GST return doesn't file against my purchase by the company

This is Rakesh Kumar Jha, one of the customer of Flipkart , I purchased a hp envy laptop worth RS ***** through Flipkart app in which I paid RS *****.** as IGST . Actually this laptop was financed by my company i.e. coal India limited so few days back they inform me that seller doesn't file GST returns against my purchase. In that case I have pay them the GST return amount. But this was not my fault , I already paid IGST at the time of purchase so why should I pay again. And when I enquired the same through Flipkart customer care they told me to write a mail over this mail I'd. Please look into it.
