Groww nextbillion technology pvt ltd - Groww india Money lost due to Regular Technical issues

Hi Team,

I have been using Groww App for the last * year for my intraday trading. I placed the order of the BANKNIFTY ** Apr ***** PUT option at *:** AM on *th - April - **** @ *** strike price, after placing the order immediately my order was executed. When I checked in the Groww app/Groww browser version, the executed order was not showing under my orders tab due to a technical issue, after **m the strike price went to around ***. As an intraday trader, I look for **-** points, but due to this technical issue, I was unable to sell my buy orders. I deleted the Groww app from mobile and again installed even though that executed order was not showing in my order list. I raised a complaint in groww app for the same, but no results. After around **:** Am, executed order was showing under my order when I checked it was running at ***** loss. Finally, I got *****/ loss due to this groww app technical issue. As a brokerage company, they have to maintain their application properly, I felt very bad about using the groww app. Going forward I never take any trades in Groww App. I have attached all proof, please find the same. As a middle-class member, ***** loss is very big to me, please take my issue as a priority and do the needful. Thank you..!! Regards, Naga Surendra Juturu.
