Vistara Airlines - Ground staff misbehaviour

As per DGCA, the boarding gates are closed **mins prior to departure time, despite reaching **MINs BEFORE the departure time, not only we were DENIED boarding we were :
*. PUBLICLY HUMILIATED
*. PUBLICLY SHOUTED AT
*. FORCEFULLY CHECKED-OUT OF SECURITY GATES
*. UPON REQUESTING TO ARRANGE AN ALTERNATE FLIGHT, WE WERE REFUSED...
*. MS BHAGYA SHOUTED AT US SAYING ...NO SHOW WOULD BE MARKED ..NO REFUND...NO NEW TICKET...
*. SALMANUDDIN (ID # ****) & HIS TEAM, publicly shouted at all of us.....

The ground staff & ticketing team are nothing but bunch of unprofessional, rowdy behavior, extremely bad attitude, don't have manners to talk to ladies as well forget men ( my sisters were along) and the team even did not bother
PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!!!
Request humbly to Govt of India to enforce best practices and strict adherence to them to match the international standards
