Rakhee filed complaint against Indigo Airline on Nov 15, 2018
This is a total disgust situation for INDIGO, the way i was mishandled by your staff Nikita at the airport was horrifiying. That also senior citizens. We two family friends and families were travelling from Goa to pune on **-**-****. One family checked in first and then the other family parked and checked in she refused to take the luggage in the check in and the hand carry when it was in the permissible limits. To top it she is trying the later entered family that do you know what is there in it, its scary. She wanted us to pamper her ego plead to her in the midnight.
When the bag is mine the bag is in limits then also a scene was created.
She absolutely did not value customer relations was totally harsh and there was negligible concern for senior citizens.
I strongly suggest that she represents indigo to me and she writes an apology letter for the torture caused and stress extended. She also demanded money which was not appreciated at all. In the end we had to just take the bag as we were getting late and told her do what you want to do. This was totally disturbing for me. The whole situation has created a low low profile for indigo.
I demand a revert and i am not stopping here let it go on social media and people be aware about this. I also have a video to this whole scene which i will be uploading how customers are treated on legitimate issues.
