Amruta Dhondiram Jadhav filed complaint against Meesho on May 15, 2021
I am working as a reseller by using meesho.I ordered lehenga for my customer on **th May,****.My customer received old and used tored saree instead of lehenga on **th May,**** by courier service named of XpressBees at Pune. My customer paid Rs.****/-. For puting order for return, there is no option of return in the order section of meesho app.There is neither displaying tracking link nor updated status of delivery.It is showing that expected delivery date is **June,****.Then here question arises that how the delivery took place by XpressBees on customer's address within * days of order? The screenshot of this information I attached below.I sent mail to helpmeesho@gmail.com and support@meesho.com but replied with we are not active on email and not provided any contact or resolution.
Please look into this matter refund customer's money Rs.****/- which is huge amount to a common men like us.Both customer and me have greatly disappointed.
