A Mukherjee filed complaint against Sbi Credit Card Department on May 1, 2018
Respected sir,
I am govt. Servant defence employee, frequently call received from different credit card representatives.specially SBI offers that cibil score not required for govt. employee with condition salary must be credited above ** K after all deduction should be reflected on last * consicutive salary slip. Assure me within *-** days i will get credit card.
I agreed and provide all the neccessary documents with current residential address proof, based on that, e-kyc also done.verification call also received from different level of sbi credit card Department.
Finally, no credit card issued. when i asked to return my documents which i gave to bank they denied for the sake of SBI internal policy.
In such a way, * times i havebeen cheated by SBI credit card Department.
Application still under process but no responce from SBI.
I want to know the reson behind, why they cheat with personal information/documents once they are not issued credit card.?
My grivence may be forwarded to sbi credit card top official regarding the Query. Act such a way to set an example.
