bought the sony bravia ** inch led tv, model number KLV**R***E in september **** .I rarely use it Sometimes , it has never been run once in a long time .I am suddenly seeing red and green shade on its screen. It is difficult to understand why, even after such minimal use .I have another sony bravia ** inch which has no problem again. Now I want to know how long your pannel warrany is, can I get any benefits? And is it possible to reform? What causes it?The technician came to inspection today and said the display panel had been cut off. And the estimated cost is Rs. ****-***** . You surely have to use the system to see how much has been used
I was told to buy the product on the panel warranty of * years
