I BOUGHT SONY TV MODEL KD-**X**L on **.**.**** but we did not get the good piece and immediately it was replaced with new one . New one also had some issue and replaced the motherboard , after observing from some time we finding that sound quality is not good , having issue some time with connecting to youtoube and other issues.
Actually we lodge complaint and asked not to send same technician who came for installation but no use. i visited to showroom where i bought the TV and explained everything and assured us to send the technician but no use . Still no technician arrived . i visited the show room on **.**.**** but no response. on line chating with Sony on **.**.****.We need New piece as we did not get good piece at any time and one must understand that we paid huge amount to buy the product. no one want defect piece to buy. pls do the needful.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
