I was employer of Microtek international pvt Ltd company during period Sep **** to Nov **** and total experience was more than * years. I am eligible for gratuity amount because * years completed. My gratuity amount is still pending and I am sending mail to Microtek company regarding gratuity amount from * April ****, but Microtek company is not giving proper response. when I called Microtek HR ,then they also not giving response. please check this case and do the needful.
