I had raised two complaints about the inverter in the last * months but it was not attended properly and they wasted time telling it is battery's fault.
Now the inverter stopped working. I have the invoice which says that my warranty is for * years.
I bought the inverter on aug **th **** and today is aug **th **** but they claim that the warranty is over and it will charge more
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
