I ordered a LI-NING G-Force Extra Strong **** Multicolor Strung Badminton Racquet for Rs ****. And I received another lower quality racquet which was LI-NING Smash XP *** Pro.
I have sent them my Aadhar ID, and the racquet's images. They rejected my return request thrice and now they say it's past the return date. And on Flipkart website it shows "Cancelled on Jan ** as issue resolved by troubleshooting"
I never ever in any communication mentioned that it has been resolved. This feels like a deliberate attempt to cheat consumers to make petty profits.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
